About My Tools PDF
My Tools PDF is a set of simple online tools for everyday paperwork: making PDFs smaller, joining and splitting them, turning photos into PDFs, and resizing photos and signatures to the exact pixels and KB that online forms ask for.
Why we built it
Filling in an exam, job or government application often stops at the upload step — the photo is too big, the signature is too small, or the PDF is over the limit. My Tools PDF fixes that in a few seconds, on a phone or a computer, without installing anything.
How it works
- Free to use without an account. Free use is supported by ads.
- Private: files are processed only to give you the result and are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- For teams: organisations can sign up for shared accounts, single sign-on, an API and more tools. See pricing.
